I passionately planned and executed customer-focused events that celebrated local culture, resulting in a 20% increase in new users within three months. By designing visually appealing content and optimizing in-app visuals based on targeted market research, I achieved a 10% boost in click-through rates, strengthening our connection with Texas customers and driving engagement.
